Casio has announced its latest collaborative timepiece, teaming up with renowned New York artist Curtis Kulig for a limited edition DW5600 watch.
The DW5600LH-4 draws inspiration from Kulig’s popular “Love Me” manifesto — work that has become iconic to the New York City landscape and throughout the world as a call to embrace hope, happiness, and self-love.
Based on the iconic square case DW5600, the watch is dressed in a vibrant red colorway with the watch band and watch face featuring Kulig’s famous logo in a repeating pattern. Additional custom features for the model include a one-of-a-kind EL backlight, that displays the “Love Me” graphic in the EL’s afterglow, making Kulig’s message visible only through the light.
The DW5600LH-4 also comes equipped with G-SHOCK technology including shock resistance, 200M water resistance, flash alert, stopwatch, countdown timer, multi-function alarm, and 12/24-hour time formats.
The G-Shock x Curtis Kulig DW5600LH-4 is available this month at select G-Shock retailers, the G-Shock Soho Store and GShock.com for $120 USD.
