Spalding has announced that they will be releasing its latest limited-edition basketball, the Kobe Marbled Snake, to its Spalding MVP Members.
The second installment in the Spalding x Kobe Bryant Marble Series is inspired by Kobe Bryant’s self-awareness, curiosity, balance and obsession to detail; all pillars to the Mamba Mentality. The limited-edition ball has alternating white and black panels to represent the balance between strength and weakness, physical and mental toughness, and Kobe’s two careers as #8 and #24.
Swirls of purple and gold were also added to represent Kobe’s Lakers team. It illustrates the process of evolving your game into your own style (no two basketballs are the same).
It comes in the official size and weight: Size 7, 29.5”; and features an embossed Kobe Bryant signature.
The Spalding x Kobe “Marbled Snake” Basketball drops November 11 at 9 am to Spalding MVP Members for just $24.99, as well as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Big 5 Sporting Goods, and Dunham’s Sports.
