Marvin Isley Dies In Chicago At 56 Years Old

Marvin Isley, the youngest of the soul-funk group the Isley Brothers, died on Sunday (June 6) in Chicago at the age of 56. According to the Los Angeles Times, Marvin died at a hospice facility, but the cause of death was unknown at press time. The bassist stopped performing in 1996 because of complications from diabetes.
