Prosecutors decided to file a felony weapons charge against former NBA player Darius Miles for an arrest at a St. Louis airport in August, after security found a loaded handgun. According to the Associated Press, Miles was charged with unlawful use of a weapon on Friday (September 30) by St. Louis County prosecutors. The charge carried a maximum four-year prison term. Former NBA Player, Darius Miles, Busted With Gun At St. Louis Airport

Former NBA player, Darius Miles, was arrested at a St. Louis airport on Wednesday (August 3) after he was caught trying to take a loaded gun through security. According to the Associated Press, the 29-year-old was going through screening at Lambert Airport when airport security detected a loaded firearm during x-ray screening at around 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
