For the Holiday 2018 season, HUF ventures back to the city of San Francisco, as homage to the brand’s Bay Area roots — the original HUF boutique in SF’s Tenderloin District.
Capturing the city’s diverse shades, the collection features a subdued palette energized by quiet color pops, including Mineral Yellow, Mood Indigo, and Port Royale, which nod to vibrant Mission District murals, while Brindle Brown and Dark Forrest Green evoke surrounding mountain landscapes.
Highlights include the heavy-duty Avalanche Parka, featuring a durable water repellent finish, as well as the retro railroad denim Torrance Jacket. Graphic artwork influenced by tourist souvenirs, hand-painted signage, and psychedelic music posters that once filled S.F.’s historic Haight Street take life through innovative screen and puff prints, high-density inks, and tonal gels. Avant-garde fabric treatments include crystal, lightning, and frost washes, reflecting hippie-era tie-dye motifs.
The HUF Fall 2018 collection retails from $10-$180 and will be available on October 18th at HUF flagship stores, HUF online, and HUF retailers worldwide.
