Pharrell Williams is a jack of all trades. In addition to fashion and music, he’s expanding his business empire with a Miami restaurant.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, Pharrell has partnered with nightclub mogul David Grutman to open Swan and Bar Bevy, a new restaurant and cocktail lounge in Miami.
Launching under Grutman’s recently established Groot Hospitality company, the restaurant is expected to open in the fall in a 17,000 square foot space.
“[Pharrell] has some great ideas and visions,” Grutman told the Journal. “I think it’s going to the be the most beautiful restaurant in Miami.”
Two years in the making, it will be Pharrel’s first restaurant venture.
Grutman is best known for owning popular nightclubs like LIV and Story. However, the venture is the latest in a long line of endeavors for Pharrell, including deals in the worlds of denim, sunglasses, television, and films.
