Frank Ocean is one of those artists we rarely see or hear from, but when he decides fans are ready for his presence, the public surely stand in attention.

After a social media break, the singer returned to Tumblr, with a post in support of Michelle Wolf (the comedian credited for exposing hypocrisy through her roasting session at the White House Correspondents Dinner), while simultaneously jabbing Kanye West.

“I like the way Michelle Wolf thinks 😄,” Frank said in a post that referenced Ye’s tweet complimenting far-right activist Candace Owens.

This isn’t the first time Frank showed his disdain for Kanye’s political stance. Last week, he shared a pic of Kanye’s well-known “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” moment during a Hurricane Katrina telethon, which came after Ye expressed support for Donald Trump.

Although media personalities (who were also criticized in Wolf’s speech) have labeled her a bully, some of her fellow comedians, like Dave Chappelle and Seth Meyer, have shown their support for Wolf. “I think that for many people … it’s cathartic to watch that woman speak truth to power like that,” Chappelle said in an interview with PBS NewsHour’s Jeffrey Brown.

As for Michelle Wolf and how she feels about the post-speech backlash, she stands behind her actions. “I’m glad I stuck to my guns,” she said in a recent interview on NPR’s Fresh Air.
