There’s a reason Kanye West has been making so much noise on Twitter, and part of it is because he has new music.
On Friday (April 27), he said he was dropping bars… and then delivered a new song called “Lift Yourself”.
I'm going to drop a song with a verse that will bring Ebro the closure he's been seeking

Instead of old Kanye, he drops “poopity scoop” with “whoopdiddy scoop.” “This next verse though, these bars, watch this,” he raps, before breaking into “poopity scoop” with “whoopdiddy scoop.”

After teasing the track, another Ye song surfaced — a collaboration with T.I. called “Ye vs. the People.” It debuted earlier on Power 106 FM, where both artists address the current political landscape and Kanye’s recent support of President Trump.
Update: “Ye vs. the People” has been released to all digital platforms here.
