Kanye is definitely not shy when it comes to expressing his opinions, which has drawn criticism with some going as far as calling his behavior “erratic”.

On Wednesday (April 25), Ye went on one of his infamous Twitter rants, this time about his support for President Trump, calling the controversial president his “brother”.

As soon as criticism of Ye’ began to hit the internet, wifey Kim Kardashian quickly stepped in to defend him. “To the media trying to demonize my husband let me just say this… your commentary on Kanye being erratic & his tweets being disturbing is actually scary,” she tweeted. “So quick to label him as having mental health issues for just being himself when he has always been expressive is not fair.”

We thought she put an end to the haters there, but she was far from done. “He’s a free thinker, is that not allowed in America? Because some of his ideas differ from yours you have to throw in the mental health card? That’s just not fair. He’s actually out of the sunken place when he’s being himself which is very expressive.”

After confronting the mental health criticism head on, Kim then discussed President Trump. “Now when he spoke about Trump… Most people (including myself) have very different feelings & opinions about this but this is HIS opinion. I believe in people being able to have their own opinion, even if really different from mine. He never said he agrees with his politics.”

Kim also made sure to show her love and support for her husband while claiming he is “years ahead of his time.” “Kanye will never run in the race of popular opinion and we know that and that’s why I love him and respect him and in a few years when someone else says the same exact thing but they aren’t labeled the way he is and you will all praise them! Kanye is years ahead of his time.”

From there, Kim ended her own mini Twitter address with this bold statement: “Mental health is no joke and the media needs to stop spitting that out so casually. Bottom line.”

Well said Kim, well said.

After Kim was done defending her husband, Ye’ switched his Twitter stream to a new subject, but that’s a whole different story.

Kanye has been quite serious about running for office in the near future, so maybe if he succeeds there will be no one for him to defend but himself. Kanye 2024?
