Ahead of the anticipated U.S. release of Avengers: Infinity War this Friday (April 27), Marvel Studios debuted the film at the world premiere in Hollywood on Monday (April 23)… and it was epic!
An entire Hollywood Blvd. block, in front of Hollywood & Highland, was shut down for a major production, where the entire cast and other Hollywood heavyweights walked the red carpet and greeted hundreds of fans, who waited for autographs, photo opps, or even just a glimpse of their favorite superhero stars.
Once inside, Marvel erected an exhibit offering a look into the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. From Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet and multiple Iron Man suits, to a mini Groot and Black Panther’s armor, it was a walk down the 10 years of the MCU.
After making our way through check-in and the exhibit, we were assigned seats inside Hollywood’s famed Dolby Theatre within arm’s reach of stars like Kevin Hart, actor Michael Rooker (The Walking Dead), and famed L.A. radio personality Big Boy.
While we can’t give up any details about the film, its a culmination of all the Marvel films we’ve all watched over the past decade, with the galaxy’s heroes reluctantly coming together to stop Thanos from attaining all six Infinity stones and using their power to wipe out half of the entire universe.
Can they do it? You’ll all have to wait until Friday (April 27), but let’s just say the film is packed with excitement, humor and sadness. It’s argubly the best Marvel film to date!
