Is Kim Kardashian trading in her DASH clothing line for a sexier look? On Thursday (April 19), Kim announced that she and her sisters will be closing the doors of their famous DASH stores for good.

DASH, which opened in Calabasas, Calif. in 2006, quickly rose to fame and began spreading across the country, with locations springing up in Miami, West Hollywood, and Manhattan. The sisters questioned closing the stores years ago during one of their episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but decided against it, until now.

The closing of DASH ends an era of one Kardashian clothing line, but don’t worry. We won’t be left hanging for long.

Less than 24 hours after the store’s closing was announced, it was reported that Kim has a lingerie line of her own on the way. Over the past few months, Kim has been hands-on, working on with the new line, all the way from its design down to marketing.

Sister Khloe has her own successful clothing line as well, Good American, and it’s supposedly ran by the same team as Kim’s new line.

Kim’s lingerie line will contain lingerie, intimates, and shapewear; and is expected to drop before the year is up. It’s no secret that Kim knows how to sell a good intimate selfie, so we can expect the line to be nothing short of a success.
