Storied skate brand DC Shoes took to Commonwealth LA last Thursday (April 12) to celebrate the launch of their military-inspired “Evan Hi Zero Challenger”, in collaboration with Toyko-based apparel brand CHALLENGER.
The night saw a bevy of industry insiders and local socialites enjoying tacos and beer. DC Shoes co-founder Damon Way and CHALLENGER designer and founder Satoru Taguchi greeted guests and answering questions about the footwear collaboration.
Tattoo-inspired artwork from show series “Bandana Lyze” were also on display, while onsite custom tees and bandanas were printed for lucky attendees.
Ideal for skateboarding and everyday wear, the DC Shoes Evan Hi Zero Challenger features a deconstructed canvas upper and a durable rubber toe cap.
Limited quantities are now available in-store and online at Commonwealth LA for $80 USD.
