Channing Tatum is officially back on the market, but we’re not quite sure how to feel about it yet.

Tatum announced in a statement to Twitter on Monday (April 2) than he and his wife Jenna Dewan have decided to go their separate ways.

“We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together… but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now,” he wrote. “There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision – just two best-friends realizing it’s time to take some space.”

The two met on the set of Step Up in 2006, which instantly lead to a hot romance. Three years later, they got married and eventually had a super cute daughter together, Everly. The two have literally been couple goals for years thanks to their on-screen performances and love-professed interviews, so naturally fans are super depressed about the split.
