Black Panther recently broke yet another record, when it became the most tweeted about movie ever. According to Entertainment Weekly, the film has generated over 35 million tweets, beating out Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi to hold the title.
EW also reports that Chadwick Bossman’s character, Michael B. Jordan’s character, and Letitia Wright’s character are the top three most discussed on Twitter, while the most used hashtags areĀ #BlackPanther, #WakandaForever, and #Wakanda. The top three tweets bringing in the most views were narrowed down to Kendrick Lamar’s soundtrack list, a trench-coat-trespasser at the movie theater, and Michele Obama’s praise.
