If you’ve been watching the OKC Thunder this season, then you know, Russell Westbrook’s elevated play has continued.
On Tuesday (March 13), Russ hit a milestone, when he notched his 100th career triple double during OKC’s game against the Hawks.
By hitting the mark, he joins an exclusive club that includes just three other players in NBA history — including Oscar Robertson (181), Magic Johnson (138) and Jason Kidd (107).
Westbrook became the third-fastest player to reach the milestone.
“The group of guys that’s ahead are Hall of Famers,” Westbrook said. “I’m just happy to be a part of the crew with those guys.”
His 100th triple-double was Westbrook’s 21st of the season and his third consecutive game with one.
