Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

Jumaji: Welcome to the Jungle broke $900 million at the box office this holiday weekend, three months after its release.

A remake of the original from 1995, the film stars Kevin Hart, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Jack Black.

An estatic Kevin Hart shared the news on Instagram. "All I can is Woooooooow!!!!! Like really wooooooow.....Like holy cow WOOOOOOOW!!!!" the comedian wrote in the caption of a screenshot of the headline.

According to Deadline, the film is now No. 2 highest grossing film for Sony, both globally and domestically. Upon release, it immediately broke records, doubling and in some cases tripling in sales each week after its release.

Though Jumaji: Welcome to the Jungle is closing in on the $1 billion mark worldwide, it's yet to see a release in Japan.
