In PUMA’s continued celebrate of the 50th anniversary of the PUMA Suede, they unveiled the latest collaboration… with Hello Kitty.
With both being such cultural icons, it only made sense.
For over 40 years, fans have been smitten by Hello Kitty, since first debuting in Japan in 1974. The PUMA Suede was born in 1968 and has established itself as a street icon throughout the years.
The collaborative effort pays homage to Hello Kitty, including her red bow-toms to her milk bottle icon.
Tee PUMA x Hello Kitty Suede Classic toebox, tongue, laces, heel and Formstripe are done in a radiant red, while a Hello Kitty pattern is used throughout the upper and sits atop a chunky white sole. Red bow-toms that showcase Hello Kitty’s signature bow, are shown through translucent outsoles.
Apparel pieces round out the PUMA x Hello Kitty capsule collection, including a tee with the collab logo is all charm, along with a red-white T7 set, including a hoodie and pants.
The PUMA x Hello Kitty Suede shoes are available in family sizing, and releases Feb. 8 at PUMA stores and select retailers and online.
