Young Thug is counter-suing a company called Heritage Select Homes, alleged they sold him a mansion that they knew was falling apart, without prior notice.
The lawsuit comes after Heritage Select Homes sued Thugger last March for refusing to pay the $2.2 million payment on the Georgia home.
According to Young Thug, the home had foundation damage, roof problems that led to damaging leaks, and mold in the basement below the indoor pool. The rapper also claims that the realtor hired a real estate inspection firm that conducted a sham inspection to purposefully mislead him into purchasing the property, according to The Blast.
The 6 bedroom, 11 bathroom, 11,000 sq. ft. home was for sale for $2.475 million. It features a theater room, four-car garage, indoor pool, walk out balconies, patios and a full bar. Young Thug was making payments on the home before the large $2.2 million payment was due to the realtors.
