After Monique Greene — the woman who accused Nelly of rape on his tour bus last fall — dropped the charges, the rapper is now confirming that he did, in fact, engage in unprotected sex with her, though it was consensual.

In court documents obtained by The Jasmine Brand, he claims Greene removed her own clothing and willingly participated in both oral and vaginal sex.

The court documents show that Nelly reported this to the police at the time of his arrest, while also accusing her of only becoming infuriated after she believed he was involved with one of his dancers, who was also on the bus at the time. This story, however, differs greatly from that of his accuser.

According to reports, Monique claims she met Nelly on the night of his Seattle show in October 2017 and was invited to an afterparty. She entered into his SUV, only to be taken to a Walmart parking lot, where a bus was parked. After following him to his bedroom at the back of the bus, she claimed Nelly assaulted her. Following the ordeal, she requested to be let off of the bus, even though she claims he offered her $2,000 to remain onboard. When she declined, Greene says she was promptly pushed off by one of the members of his entourage.

Nelly and his legal team are now planning to sue her for defamation.

Although his alleged indiscretion occurred during his relationship to Platinum Life reality star Shantel Jackson, the two appear to have remained together.
