It looks like Birdman will finally pay off some of the debt he’s racked up, because he was just ordered to hand over the keys to his $14.5 million mansion in Miami, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
The compound was put up as collateral for a prior $12 million loan he took out from a company called EMG Transfer Agent, who accused him of defaulting.
A judge ordered Birdman to vacate the property and immediately surrender all keys, system access, and possessions.
Court mandated persons will take control of rental agreements, leases and interior equipment.
Although the judge has placed a hold on all sales and transfers until legalities have been resolved, renters and those interested in leasing the Miami property are welcome to take advantage of the lavish quarters in the meantime.
Birdman’s mansion boasts 7 bedrooms and 11-bathrooms, as well as 20,000 sq. ft. of living space and amenities like a gym, massage room, below-ground pool, cabana and much more.
