Nearly four years after joining Apple, following its acquisition of Beats By Dre, Jimmy Iovine is set to leave.

According to Billboard, the music mogul will leave Apple Music in August, likely timed to his shares fully vesting.

Iovine joined Apple in 2014, after Apple acquired Beats for $3 billion.

A year after coming aboard, the company launched Apple Music, a streaming service, that has since expanded to more than 30 million paying subscribers. As noted by Billboard, Apple Music’s success, in part, is credited to Iovine’s focus on content, including developing original programming.

What will be next for Iovine? He told Billboard in September interview that he would focus on bringing music streaming up to speed.
