Rising Vancouver artist Gangster Doodles made a name for himself on social media, with his series of Post-It note art.

This summer, he dropped a self-titled book that features more than 336-pages of Gangster Doodles illustrating rappers, ballers, players, thugs and gangsters. It also features a foreword by Stones Throw art director Jeff Jank.

In celebration of the book, Gangster Doodles recently held a signing at Bookmarc in Tokyo, Japan, the specialty bookstore owned iconic fashion designer Marc Jacobs.

For the mysterious Gangster Doodles, it was his first public signing and one of the first times his face was seen by fans.
