The ex-wife of late NBA star Lorenzen Wright has been arrested in connection with his 2010 murder.

According to TMZ, Sherra Wright was arrested Friday (Dec. 15) on a warrant issued in Tennessee and charged with 1st degree murder and conspiracy.

Lorenzen went missing in early July 2010. His body was discovered in the woods, 10 days after he was seen leaving her ex-wife’s Tennessee home.

The case had gone cold until just recently, when police found the murder weapon in a lake. Earlier this month, police arrested Billy Turner and charged him with 1st degree murder.

So far, its unclear what the connect is between Turner and Lorenzen’s ex-wife, though reports said they went to the same church. Stay tuned for more info.

Lorenzen Wright played in the NBA for 13 years, during which he played for the Los Angeles Clippers, Atlanta Hawks, Memphis Grizzlies, Sacramento Kings and the Cleveland Cavaliers with 17 games in the 2008-09 season.

He had seven children.
