It’s been over a year since Atlanta rapper Rocko hit Future with a $10 million lawsuit, claiming he was cut out of a deal the rapper signed after discovering him.
Now, Future will have to pay up.
According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, both sides are asking for the case to be dismissed, as they’ve decided to settle out of court.
Details are unknown, and Future has not commented.
Rocko’s legal team told TMZ said their client is happy with a “very successful result”.
Rocko filed a $10 million lawsuit against Future in June 2016, in which he claimed he was cut out of a multi-million dollar deal with Epic Records.
Future had countersued, claiming his deal with Rocko was never exclusive, and also claimed Rocko owed him money.
