Rising Florida Lil Pump remains in the news, this time for getting kicked out of a hotel room by police this week in Reading, PA., which he filmed and shared online.
In the video circling around social media, the rapper is seen insulting the police officers and one man, in particular, for “being ugly,” and having “a big ass gut.”
“You kickin’ me out of a hotel for being racist and ugly?” Lil Pump says to the man, and surrounding officers in the video. “You big ugly ass. You got a big ass gut. You like 65. Yo tapeline went back.”
The “for being racist and ugly” comment has caused some controversy, as it is unknown whether Lil Pump was accusing the hotel staff and police officers of being racist, or if the staff was accusing him of racism.
It is currently unknown why Lil Pump was escorted out of the hotel room. However, some have mentioned that the rapper may have been smoking a blunt in the hotel hallways.
This news comes after reports of Pump’s recent $345,000 cash advance for a five-album deal with Warner Bros. Records. The deal gives the rapper 15 percent of the royalties from his debut album, and a percentage of merchandise.
Lil Pump’s self-titled album peaked at No. 3 in the Billboard 200 back in October, fueled by the success of his hit singles “Gucci Gang” and “Back,” which featured Lil Yachty.
