NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will remain in that position over the next five years, after signing a new contract extension.

According to ESPN, the new deal is worth $200 million, with about $40 million annually — if owners approve all the bonuses and all the incentives are met.

The base salary of the contract is in the single-digit millions, a source said, with around 85% of the $200 million, coming from bonuses.

The new contract keep Goodell as commissioner through the 2023 season.

Since being elected NFL commissioner in 2006 as Paul Tagliabue’s replacement, Goodell has earned $212.5 million.

Back in 2015, he made nearly $32 million in fiscal year, the last year for which public records exist for NFL revenues. The year before, in 2014, it was $34 million.
