Since being sworn in as president earlier this year, a number of figures have called Donald Trump to either resign or be impeached.
Well, this past week, the U.S. Department of Defense joined the conversation, when they retweeted someone calling for Trump to resign. LMFAO!!
Likely done by accident, the RT caused a whole lotta commotion online… before eventually being deleted from the Pentagon timeline. The original tweet, written by user @ProudResister, addressed sexual assault allegations against Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, Sen. Al Franken, and Trump himself. He asks Moore to step down from the Senate race, while asking Franken and Trump to resign.

After the retweet was removed, Pentagon spokesman Col. Rob Manning told the AP that it was accidental, adding that the tweet “would not be endorsed by the Department of Defense.”
