Adidas stepped their game up and given the NMD City Sock a winter upgrade. Previously, wearers shared their concerns with the NMD City Sock’s lack of warmth to withstand the elements. Now, it gets an impermeable Gore-Tex membrane, ensuring the sneaker is waterproof, as the droplets literally roll off the body of the shoe.

These two new Goretex models were introduced to the City Sock family in order to bolster sartorial standing. The deep tread and laceless body are constructed to withstand harsh winter climate and ensure suitability for all conditions of wear.

The soft and flexible feel of knitted material, coupled with the warmth and resistance of the Gore-Tex, creates an ideal mesh runner. The textured upper and protective fortified outsole create a layer of fortified BOOST technology.

The new Adidas NMD City Sock with Gore-Tex are presented two colorways of core black/white and white/ grey. Both are due out Nov. 17 at select Adidas retailers.
