It’s nothing new that Lil Uzi Vert loves the youth and vice versa. He has shown that he makes his music for them and is empowered by them. Uzi has even tweeted that his music is for the youth.
2 was made for our youth…. so they can learn how to format real songs🤘🏾🔥®🦇

Keeping that same energy, Uzi popped up on students last week (Oct. 26), during a visit to his hometown of Pennsylvania and also to New York.
First, he surprised young fans in Brooklyn, when he showed up at the Thomas Murphy Clubhouse where he was engaging with students in extracurricular activities. He was also given a gift of a “Flatbush Suns” jersey in front of approximately 300 kids. Before his departure, Uzi then made some students’ day when he presented select students tickets to Power 105.1’s Powerhouse 2017 concert, where he performed alongside Cardi B, Migos, and even French Montana.
Following the New York visit, on Thursday (Oct. 28), Uzi made his way home to Philadelphia for the Role Models Youth Empowerment Program, where he met with over 70 students taking the time to listen to their aspirations and dreams.
Lil Uzi shows no sign of slowing down on his community service as he intends to have a Philly Turkey drive just in time for Thanksgiving, where he plans to give out at least 500 turkeys.
Along with spectacular outreach services, Thursday (Nov. 2), the Philly native teamed up with Nicki Minaj for the hypnotic remix to his “The Way Life Goes,” single from his debut album, Luv is Rage 2.
