LaVar Ball and his Big Baller Brand empire is blowing up.
All the trash talk and media headlines have paid off for the Ball family, who recently copped a massive 13,800 square-foot mansion in Chino Hills.
According to the L.A. Times, the home was purchased under an LLC that lists Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball as its managing member. The pricetag: $5.2 million.
The three-story mansion is a custom-built, villa-style home, boasting over 13,800 square feet of living space and more than 3 acres. It features a formal entry, game and media rooms, a chef’s kitchen, a gym, eight bedrooms and 8.75 bathrooms. There’s even an elevator.

Ball, 20, will reportedly earn $33.4 million over the next four seasons as part of his rookie deal with L.A.
