Lil B canceled his set at the Rolling Loud Bay Area Festival over the weekend, after he was allegedly jumped by NYC rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.

The Bay Area rap star took to the stage, telling his fans what happened backstage just before he was set to take the stage.

“A Boogie and his whole crew just jumped me in the back and beat me up in the back. That sh*t crazy, man,” Lil B told the crowd. “But I’m gon’ tell y’all like this. It’s all love. I don’t promote violence. I’m never with the violence. So I love them and it’s all good.”

Why did this happen? Well, Lil B said he had previously said something about Boogie’s music. “I said something about Boogie’s music and they all got mad and they jumped me about that,” he said. “So, it’s all good. I’m still here. I got jumped by like 10 motherf*ckers. You know what I’m saying? Me, by myself. It’s all love though.”

Lil B’s equipment was taken in the assault, forcing him to cancel his performance. “I just wanted to tell y’all because they stole my sh*t and everything, so I can’t even do my show ’cause they stole my sh*t,” he said. “I’m about to hit this doctor make sure I’m all good, man. These n*ggas f*cked me up. Let’s get it.”

Travis Scott later commented on the incident, saying: “Protect Lil B at all fucking costs, motherf*cker”.

Lil B later took to Twitter to further react, reiterating his comments on stage and saying he forgives A Boogie.
