Over the weekend, Red Bull showcased a massive piece in collaboration with renowned artist Ryoji Ikeda, as part of the Red Bull Music Academy Festival Los Angeles.
Working alongside 100 car owners, he created the world’s largest synth orchestra and installation, which was dubbed “A [for 100 cars]”.
Continuing Ikeda’s long-running series investigating the frequencies of note A, the cars performed by emitting sine waves at diverse (yet specific) frequencies for an immersive soundscape.
Each car was hand-selected for its incredible soundsystems.
