Two months after Kendrick Lamar announced his partnership with Nike, we get what may be a sneak peek at the first release.
With the collaboration centered around the iconic Cortez, the first Kendrick x Nike drop is an all-red version of the classic runner, which carries an almost tonal look. However, black offers some contrasting on the Swoosh, the midsole and heel. “DAMN” is embroidered into the tongue with a lace tab bearing “TDE”. Finally, the artists initials “KL” are seen across the heel tabs in a bold white.
In addition to red, black and white versions are to be expected as well.
So far, there’s no official details on a release date or pricing, so stay tuned.
