Mia Khalifa got called out by former NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas earlier this week for allegedly sliding into his DMs “#fortheD”.
Well, apparently, it may have just been for headlines, because the two are getting their own show together.
Complex announced Tuesday (Oct. 10) that Arenas and Khalifa are joining the network for an upcoming series called “Out of Bounds”.
The series is a daily sports talk show that Complex says will explore “the cultural impact of today’s biggest sports leagues, players and headlines.”
Furthermore, no topic will be off limits, said a press release, as the two outspoken personalities debate. Complex News host Pierce Simpson will moderate as “Coach Pierce”.
Arenas played 10 years in the NBA and seven seasons with the Washington Wizards, while Khalifa offers her sports opinion regularly on social media and is known for her die-hard D.C. teams fandom.
“I always knew that I wanted to work in sports media after retiring, and Complex just made sense. Being able to talk sports while being myself is truly rewarding,” said Arenas.
“I am thankful to Complex for the opportunity and to Gilbert for being a part of it. I can’t wait to offend and upset a whole new fan base,” said Mia Khalifa.
Mia Khalifa and Gilbert Arenas’s “Out of Bounds” series will premiere on October 16 on Complex News’ YouTube channel.
