Los Angeles artists, YG and Ty Dolla $ign, are being accused of beating up a dude at a nightclub in Australia... and are being hauled into court.

According to TMZ, demand letters have been sent to both rappers by the legal team of budding Australian soccer star Nelly Yoa, who claims his career was sidelined after the two assaulted him.

Yoa claims Ty and YG physically assaulted him at Eve Nightclub in Melbourne back in January 2015. He claims he was in the VIP area when the rappers and their crew rolled in and tried to shove everyone else out. When he refused, both rappers allegedly punched and kicked him in the head.

In the letter, Yoa claims he suffered physical and mental injuries that has prevented him from earning what he says would have been a "substantial income." Furthermore, he says he's lost a prospective soccer deal with the Melbourne City Football Club.

The letter is required before a lawsuit is filed, so its likely one will follow.

So far, YG and/or Ty Dolla $ign has commented.
