Although Justin Bieber has committed himself to God, not long ago, he was rocking vintage Marilyn Mansion T-shirts.
Last summer, a repurposed Manson T-shirt by Fear of God featuring the phrase “Bigger Than Satan… Bieber” was selling for $195 at luxury retailer Barneys. The designer said Bieber have his permission to “reinterpret” the image.
Apparently, Manson ran into Bieber while he was rocking the tee and had something disrespectful to say.
“He was [already] wearing the shirt that had his name on my shirt, and he said to me, ‘I made you relevant again.’ Bad mistake to say to me,” Manson said in a recent interview with Consequence of Sound
“He was a real piece of sh*t in the way he had the arrogance to say that,” he continued. “He was a real touchy-feely guy, too, like, ‘Yo yo bro!’ and touches you when he’s talking. I’m like, you need to stand down, you’re d*ck height on me, ok? (laughs) Alright? So stand down, son.”
Manson got the last laugh though He was paid for the use of his likeness, saying he “took all the proceeds from those shirts from him. They didn’t even fight, they were just like, ‘yea, we already know, we did wrong, so here’s the money.'”
In other Manson news, the rocker also revealed that he’s set to collaborate with one of his biggest fans, Lil Uzi Vert, on an upcoming rock album the rapper is planning.
Outside of that, his forthcoming album Heaven Upside Down — which is says is heavily influenced by Rihanna — drops October 6.
