Kendall Jenner is being sued yet again over the use of an iconic Tupac and Biggie images on T-shirts.
Back in June, Kendall and her sister Kylie came under fire after they released a line of “vintage” T-shirts with their own faces superimposed over iconic photos of the late Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G., among other legendary musicians.
Though they took the tees down quickly, criticism followed and so did lawsuits.
The latest comes from famed photographer Al Pereira, who has filed a new lawsuit against Kendall Jenner, Inc., claiming she used an image he shot of Tupac, Biggie and Redman on a T-shirt without his permission, reports TMZ.
So far, Kendall has been sued by another photographer, while Biggie’s Estate also threatened suit, but hasn’t pulled the trigger.
Both Kendall and Kylie offered an apology in a statement after the criticism, but has called the lawsuits brought forth “baseless”.
