New details have emerged regarding XXXTentacion’s alleged assault case on a pregnant woman.

If you haven’t heard, the Florida rapper/singer was hit with varous charges last October, including aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, false imprisonment, domestic battery by strangulation, and witness-tampering.

So far, he has pleaded not guilty, while denying the charges in interviews, saying the woman was attacked by someone else and wasn’t pregnant, among other contentions.

In excerpts from the alleged victim’s 142-page testimony, which was published by Pitchfork, XXXTentacion is accused of some disturbing things.

The rapper and the alleged victim began “cohabitating” at a residence in North Miami in May 2016. Around two weeks later, X allegedly slapped the victim and broke her iPhone 6s for complimenting a male friend’s jewelry. Later that same day, X is accused of making her choose between “a barbecue pitchfork and a barbecue cleaner” being put inside her vagina.

“She chose the fork. He told her to undress. He was lightly dragging the tool against her inner thigh when she passed out. He did not penetrate her with it,” the testimony said.

After this incident, the victim alleges that XXXTentacion turned violent on several ocassions, threatening the victim’s life “literally like every day.” She even says she allegedly head-butted, punched, stomped, and kicked the woman after she hummed along to an unnamed featured artist on one of his songs during a car ride.

If convicted on all four counts, XXXTentacion could face a lenghty prison time. His trial is set to begin on October 5.
