After getting a sneak peak earlier this month, Jordan Brand has officially unveiled the upcoming Air Jordan 32.

The new installment of MJ’s signature sneaker sports a mix of patent-leather and a first-of-its-kind Flyknit upper with high-tenacity yarn for the upper, which Jordan says “propels a new level of performance and comfort”.

The sneaker is more flexible than any previous Jordan upper, thanks to the knit structure reducing stiffness, while offering modernizing the moccasin-like toe box of the Jordan 2, which is draws inspiration from. Furthermore, we see application of a molded leather or suede at the heel counter, giving it a level of luxury that we first saw with the Jordan 2. It’s also upgraded with a new traction pattern, a herringbone formed of a series of almost wiper blade-like shapes.

Lastly, the Air Jordan 32 will launch globally in a mid and low version, including high-top “Bred” and “Rosso Corsa” editions, and a low-top “Bred” as well.

All three colorways launch October 18th.
