If you got a spare $15 million and are looking for a property with privacy, you're in luck. This private island home close to New York City has just hit the market for $14.9 million.

Take a look at the Massaro House, which is located on Petra Island in Mahopac Lake. It was built in 2008 from Frank Lloyd Wright’s final plans and sits on an 11-acre island.

Staying true to Wright’s original designs, the home uses natural materials, aside from the helipad on the roof. It's dominated in stone, cement and mahogany.

The home boasts 5000 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has two boat docks, a cottage, guest house, tea house and more.

It was just recently completed, though Wright designed it back in the 1950s, before being unable to build it due to finances.

The Massaro House is just 47 miles from Manhattan (a 15 minute helicopter ride) and listed at just over $14.9 million.
