A Las Vegas casino said it took in a massive bet on the Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight on Friday (Aug. 11) that the computer system couldn’t handle it.

According to ESPN, an anonymous bettor at the South Point Casino placed an $880,000 bet on Mayweather to beat Conor McGregor in their upcoming superfight in Las Vegas — believed to be the largest┬áplaced on the fight within the city.

On Friday afternoon, Mayweather was a -550 favorite, meaning if he wins, the bettor would net a $160,000 profit. The bet was first reported by Vegas Stats & Information, which sent out a picture of the betting slip on social media.

As noted by ESPN, the original ticket showed only a $120,000 profit, instead of the correct $160,000. Apparently, the misprint was caused by a rule in South Point’s bookmaking system that does not permit payouts of greater than $1 million. The total payout, if Mayweather wins, would be $1.04 million.

While this bet is on Mayweather, the vast majority of bets have been on McGregor. The report says that for every one bet on Mayweather at MGM’s sportsbook, there have been 27 on McGregor.
