Got a spare $350 million laying around? If so, you can buy this insane Beverly Hills mansion that has taken the title for “America’s Most Expensive Home”.

The home, known as Chartwell, is actually famous. It was featured as the Clampett family’s Bevery Hills mansion on the 1960s sitcom, The Beverly Hillbillies.

Owned by the estate of late American billion Jerry Perenchio, the property is a sprawling 10.3 acres of land, centering on a 25,000-square-foot mansion inspired by French Neoclassical design. It also includes a ballroom, a wine cellar and a period-paneled dining room.

The Chartwell mansion surpasses the $250 million Bel-Air estate that grabbed the “most expensive home” earlier this year — it’s still on the market.
