Suge Knight is still in jail, awaiting trial on murder charges, but his situation just got worse.

According to TMZ, the County Grand Jury has indicted the former mogul on felony criminal threats against director F. Gary Gray, who directed the N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton.

Apparently, Suge made the allegedly death threat during the filming of the movie, but months before the hit-n-run incident that left one my dead in a Compton parking lot.

"On or about August 8, 2014, Suge ... threatened to commit a crime which would result in death and great bodily injury to Felix Gary Gray," the Grand Jury indictment said.

Why? Because Suge was extremely unhappy with his portrayal in the N.W.A. movie and actually sent the threat via text.

Suge is scheduled to be arraigned on the charge Thursday (Aug. 3). Oddly, the indictment is dated February 7, 2017.
