O.J. Simpson is facing the Nevada Board of Parole on Thursday morning (July 20), which could lead to his release from prison.

The former NFL star has served nine years of a 9-to-33 year sentence for a 2007 confrontation over sports memorabilia at a Las Vegas hotel.

If his parole bid is accepted, Simpson may be released from prison as early as October 1st. Watch the live stream above.

O.J. was found guilty of 12 charges in the Las Vegas incident, which included armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping. He and five others reportedly stormed into the room of two memorabilia dealers and stole hundreds of collectible items.

Ironically, his guilty came down 13 years to the day he was famously acquitted for the killings of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

He has been incarcerated at Nevada’s Lovelock Correctional Facility.
