Despite the controversy surrounding his UFC comeback in July 2016, where he was suspended for PEDs, Brock Lesnar is reportedly eyeing another return to the Octagon.

An MMA insider said (via Twitter) that the WWE superstar has returned to the USADA testing pool… and is dropping his WWE Universal title at Summer Slam to return to the UFC.

Word is, Lesnar is hoping to return at UFC 217 at Madison Square Garden in November. However, it’s unclear how realistic that is… especially since he still has to serve out the rest of a one-year suspension.

He was suspended in Dec. 2016 and fined $250,000 by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) for failing multiple drug tests leading up to his fight against Mark Hunt at UFC 200… which he won via unanimous decision, but later ruled a no contest.

Lesnar officially retired from MMA in February 2017.

At press time, there was no official announcement or comment from the UFC or Lesnar.
