Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor came face-to-face for the first time on Tuesday (July 11), during the first stop on a four-city press tour for their Aug. 26th megafight.

In front of a sold-out crowd in Los Angeles, both fighters took shots at each… and both even promised knockouts.

McGregor took the podium first, dropping a number of f-bombs and mocking Mayweather over his choice of clothing. “He’s in a f*cking tracksuit. He can’t even afford a suit anymore,” he stated. “He is f*cked. No other way about it. I’m going to knock him out inside four rounds. Mark my words.”

What’s even more hilarious, the pinstripe suit Conor worn was custom, with the striping spelling out “F*CK YOU”.

Mayweather would follow, offering some strong words of his own. He called Conor a “seven-figure fighter,” while referring to himself as a “nine-figure” one. He also declared that “on August 26, I’m going to knock this bitch out too.”

McGregor immediately responded, “You haven’t knocked anyone out in about 20 years.”

Floyd would even claim he is willing to wear 4 oz. MMA gloves in their fight. And, said he’d fight McGregor anywhere… including the Octagon. Conor responded, “Don’t be talking sh*t — you do give a f*ck if it’s an Octagon.”

Woah!! Aug. 26th can’t get here fast enough.

Before the big fight, however, the two will meet three more times for press conferences in Wednesday in Toronto, Thursday in Brooklyn, and Friday in London.
