After causing controversy for using images of the late Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. on a line of T-shirts last month, Kylie and Kendall Jenner are being sued over it.
Renowned photographer Mike Miller immediately took to social media after images of the Jenner’s line of “Vintage T-Shirts” hit the internet, featuring iconic images he shot of Tupac in the 1990s.
“My photo… WHAT THE F*CK were they thinking?” he wrote, adding a justice and money emoji.
Miller says he never gave the Jenner sisters permission to use his photos, nor is he interested in working with them in any capacity.
Hours after the tees went on sale at their website, Biggie’s mother expressed her anger over the use of her son’s likeness, calling it “disrespectful and exploitation at its worst”. Following the outrage, the tees were immediately removed.
Although Kendall and Kylie released a statement apologizing, Miller feels it’s not enough. According to TMZ, the photographer is suing for any profits they made off the shirts.
