Lil Wayne’s feud with Birdman, Cash Money Records and Universal Music Group has just escalated… with claims of fraud to screw him out of millions.

According to TMZ, the rapper’s lawyer Howard King has filed legal docs claiming Birdman and Universal backdated a deal to make it look like it was signed BEFORE Young Money’s deal ran out. By doing this, his legal team says Universal is attempting to get out of paying him millions in profits from Young Money and the artists signed under his label, including Drake and Nicki Minaj, among others.

The lawsuit claims Universal advanced Cash Money $100 million, and Wayne never received his fair share of the advance.

He now believes Birdman and Universal were working together to squeeze him out of the deal.

The rapper sued Birdman and Cash Money in 2015 for $51 million, saying the label owes him for royalties and violated their deal.
