Danielle Bregoli, better known as “Cash Me Outside” girl, has pleaded guilty to grand theft, grand theft auto, filing a false police report, and possession of marijuana.
The 14-year-old viral sensation appeared in a Florida courtroom on Wednesday (June 28) to face the charges, which stem from incidents that pre-date her internet fame, reports WSBTV.
In separate incidents in 2016, Bregoli found herself in trouble with the law. In one, she stole her mom’s car and purse, and then, told the cops that her mom had been using heroin. In another, she called police to report a domestic battery and tried to convince them that powdered sugar on the counter was drugs.
A marijuana charge comes from a third incident when police found marijuana at a friend’s Florida property earlier this year, and even though Bregoli hand’t smoked any, she refused to tell officers where it came from and was slapped with a charge.
Bregoli is expected to be sentenced at a hearing on July 22.
Bregoli’s father, Ira Preskowitz, is currently locked in a custody battle with her mother; the two don’t see eye to eye about their daughter’s newfound internet fame.
Regarding her Instagram account, which boasts over 10 million followers, Preskowitz had this to say to WSBTV: “My daughter is being exploited. She posts 24/7. It’s controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behavior for a 14-year-old child.”
Her father asked the judge to restrict Danielle’s internet access; a request the judge denied. The infamous family is due back in court next month.
