Despite an altercation with Nicki’s ex Safaree over the weekend, Meek Mill delivers a visual for “Young Black America.”

The thought-provoking song finds Meek spitting verses about the struggles of being black in America. “I was on that corner,” he raps. “Trying to get my coins up / Coppers run up on us / And we turning Jackie Joyner / White man kill the black man / They never report us / Black man kill the white man / They gon’ start a war up.”

The Spike Jordan-directed video finds Meek trying to school a young dealer, as vignettes play about another youngster’s death.

“Young Black America” appears on Meek’s forthcoming album, Wins & Losses.
